- We carefully assemble each flag using a full 1/4” deep horizontal seam (the deeper the seam, the stronger the flag) and secure each seam with our proprietary stitching specially designed to resist tearing by flexing with the movement of the flag.

- Industrial T60 Thread: flags are sewn with color matched, industrial T60 thread which is able to withstand 60 pounds of force.
- Long Life Seams: deep ¼” horizontal seams are secured with proprietary stitching to resist tearing.
- Secure Edge Hems: all edge hems are secured with lock stitching to reduce fraying.
- Reinforced Fly Ends: fly ends are secured with 6 rows of stitching (top to bottom) on the flyend with double X-box reinforcement on every horizontal seam.
- Printed Field: crisp 200-denier printed nylon background.
- Hoist Heading: made with heavy duty 1 1/2" webbing in place of Poly Sateen heading and features heavy chrome D-rings in place of the brass grommets. This webbing is 3X as strong as a car seat belt to secure your flag!
